Simon Thoumire is a British concertina player and composer. He was a member of Scottish folk and traditional music group Seannachie and has recorded as Simon Thoumire & David Milligan. He won the BBC Radio 2 Young Tradition Award in 1989. Thoumire has performed all over the world. He has made many CDs with musicians including Ian Carr and David Milligan.
