Silent Agency was a post-punk alternative rock trio from Cologne (Köln) Germany, formed in 1983. American guitarist Drew Davidson (formerly of Atlanta's Vietnam) joined Cologne residents Ralph Böbbis (drums) and Alvi Mara (vocals, bass) to form a dark, gothic powerhouse reminiscent of Siouxsie & the Banshees. Signed to independent label Büro Records, Silent Agency released an album entitled "A Dream Goes Walking By" in 1985.
