1) avant-garde group from Kansas City, USA (1983-1985) 2) Short Term Memory is a ska influenced punk band from deep in the northern woods of New Hampshire. The band has been around since 2001 when guitar player Lee Lamontagne, and bass player Slug (Nathan Simard) formed the band, later in the year Ben Terreault was added in as the drummer. In the summer of 2003 2nd guitarist Jimmy Grey was added to the lineup. They continue to play to this day.
