He is most known for the roles of Kojiro (Pokémon), Takumi Fujiwara (Initial D), Kisuke Urahara (Bleach), Inferno (Beast Wars), and Akira Yuki (Virtua Fighter). He is part of the seiyū band quartet Weiss whose other members are Weiss Kreuz voice castmates Yuuki Hiro, Takehito Koyasu, and Tomokazu Seki.
