Sean McCann and Greg Manata is an ambient/drone duo based out of Sunset District in San Francisco. Their first album called "Fair Beginnings" (cassette on Anathema Sound) came out in the summer of 2009. They are currently working on a follow up which will be called "Ornaments". The two met at summer camp years ago in grade school in Santa Barbara, CA. When they started playing music together they played shoegaze/noise rock under the name Sweet Canaries.
