Seals & Crofts were an American soft rock duo formed in 1969 in Los Angeles, California, by Jim Seals and Dash Crofts. They are best known for the singles "Summer Breeze" (1972), "Diamond Girl" (1973), and "Get Closer" (1976), each of which reached number 6 on the Billboard Hot 100.
