Charles Scott Boyer II (October 17, 1947 - February 13, 2018) was American guitarist and singer-songwriter. Member of Cowboy, The 31st Of February, The Tiffany System. He was a founding member of the bands Cowboy and the Decoys. 'Please Be With Me' appeared on the second Cowboy album, "Five'll Get You Ten," and was recorded a short time later by Eric Clapton, which was a hit.
