Saraneth began as the spawn of 2 seperate bands, Ammorphis and Celestus. The vocalist of Ammorphis (Andrew Clearihan) and the guitarist of Celestus (Jake Seller) noticed certain similarities between the bands and soon after their formings joined forces to create Saraneth, with Nathan Birthisel as the original drummer. Over time the bands lineup has changed dramatically with the coming and going of members, due to personal reasons.
