Born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal, Sara studied music from a young age. At 13 she wrote her first song and has been composing ever since. Aged 18 and fresh out of school she swapped Lisbon for London to pursue a career in the music industry studying first at the Academy Of Contemporary Music and later at the University of Westminster, where she developed her guitar, vocal and performance skills, gained invaluable insight into the industry, and perfected her songwriting.
