SLurg is an French DJ / producer, mad record and magazine collector, journalist and radiohost. In 1986 his cousin hands him his first hip-hop tapes (Licensed To Ill and Raising Hell). By 1990 he started his first radio show on Radio Pomme, called We Love. SLurg starts to interview french bands (I Am, Assassin, Solaar, Sté, Sage Poetes De La Rue, Les Littles, Fabe, Koma…). The show aired until 1997 when Radio Pomme went bankrupt. In 1994 SLurg starts to craft beats on a crappy computer. Two years later he starts a series of mixtapes.
