Kapela Shadow of your mind ( Soym ) vznikla 1.11.2006. Zakladajúcimi členmi boli bubenník Tomáš Muller, spevák a zároveň gitarista Zdeno Klčo a basgitarista Mário Frank. Každý z týchto členov mal už za sebou pár roznych projektov v iných kapelách, projekt Soym vznikol sám od seba, nebolo to nič plánované, jednoducho sa stretli traja ľudia s rovnakou chuťou hrať a tvoriť vlastné skladby.
