MINCE GRINDCORE band comes from Russia. "ROT_OF" as a band was formed in early June 2009 . The initiative to create this group was at the Rytov Elijah ( guitar, vocals) , Paul Budyakova , which are all named "Pooh" (bass, vocals only then ) and Bohdan Slyusarenko .
