Roger Bekkevoll is a Norwegian singer, guitarist and songwriter. His first album Broken Strings & Coconut Rings was released in 2008 but has been writing and playing his roots inspired laidback folky music long before that. For many years he toured solo all over Scandinavia and also southeast asia. Often playing on an acoustic lapsteel guitar (Weissenborn guitar), giving him a sound that reminds of a sandy tropical beach.
