Riviera F was formed by Russian born singer Alexa Marlen and Dutch guitarist Kairo Sin after meeting at a London art college. Sharing a love of bubblegum pop, trashy glamour and impeccable style, they decided to start their own band. They made their first recordings using a 90s Casio toy keyboard and a drum machine. As their sound developed they threw some analogue synths and 909 beats together with Kairo’s tense angular guitars, and Alexa’s icy cool vocals.
