Richard Finch (born Richard Raymond Finch 23 January 1954), is a Grammy Award winning American composer, producer, engineer, and song arranger. He is best known as the co-founder, producer and former bass player of KC and the Sunshine Band. Along with Harry Wayne Casey, he co-wrote 6 #1 Billboard Hot 100 hits, but in a 1983 legal agreement, he lost his royalties to the songs he wrote with Casey and receives no money from them.
