Generally tagged as math-rock, they were inspired by fellow bass-heavy Aussies The Mark of Cain (Adelaide) and the Americans Big Black . The trio played its first show at the Evelyn Hotel, Fitzroy, on the 5th December 1994, followed by a debut release in early 1995 in way of split 7" with Baseball aka Cameron Potts.
