Rehab Royale is a punk trio formed in Trondheim, Norway in late 2006. The original line-up featured female singer Jana Royale who later moved. Since then, the vocals has been handled by original bass player Twiggy Royale. Twiggy and original members Shitbag (Drums) and Duke Royale (Guitar) had retired from the music scene when they first met up, but found instantly common ground both personally and musically.
