RAS SHEEHAMA is an established Namibian reggae singer/song-writer. During the war of Independence, whilst in exile in Angola, Ras, at the age of 13, started developing his songwriting skills. Later, at 15, he felt a calling to the Rastafarian way of life and his love for reggae began. Ras further developed his musical talent in Nigeria and returned to Namibia before Independence in 1990.
