q-Department is an ebm-band from Nyköping/Falun/Malmö founded by Rikard Lindell with Khyber Harish Westlund (Jonas Westlund at the time) and Benny Nilsen (Morthond/Morthound, Hazard, Tape Decay, BJNilsen). The band later centered around Khyber. Khyber, Benny och Lindell founded the band in 1985. for a time they used several monikers but since '86 and forth they called themselves q-Department.
