Ernst Peter Johannes Maag (10 May 1919 – 16 April 2001) was a Swiss conductor. Peter Maag was principal conductor of the Deutsche Oper am Rhein in Düsseldorf from 1952 to 1955, then general music director of the Bonn Opera for four seasons. In 1959 he made his debut at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden with Mozart's Magic Flute and at the Glyndebourne Festival Opera with Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro.
