1. Formed in Norwich in 1990, Passing Clouds achieved limited success at the cusp of the indie/dance crossover, remaining very much on the indie side of the fence. Vocalist Grant Madden used a mix of ranting and C86 style delivery, while bassist/vocalist Anne Reekie's warbling provided the perfect vocal foil. Adam Green (guitar) and Alex Reed (drums) completed the line-up.
