Pagan Land was formed in the late 1990's and even gained "cult" status in Ukrainian underground, though their first official release was brought out only in 2008. The band was found by Andriy Shalay and Mikola Bilozor in 1997 as a studio project. In 2001 they'd gathered a full live line-up with Oleksandr Denisenko and Andriy Kopylchak. They split-up till 2007, but in 2010 Andriy had resurrected the band with a new line-up.
