Open Arms, is founded in 2009 All begun from the band idea of Jose Valli as he saw Juha Palve performing in one youth centre in municipality of Virrat about one year ago.. As he heard that Juha Palve was supposed to move to Helsinki to perform his civil service, he felt the possibility of establishing an eager rock group in his knees.
