The band formed at college in 2003 and have been playing widely received shows across the South West for the last three years. They opened the New Bands Stage at Glastonbury Festival 2004 and were watched, and received positive feedback from Glastonbury supremo Michael Eavis and NME editor Conor McNicholas. Michaels daughter and festival co-ordinator Emily Eavis was so impressed with the band that she invited them to appear on the newly named John Peel Stage at Glastonbury Festival 2005.
