Oh! The Humanity started as a studio project for long time friends, Sam Dean (Foreknown, Jamestown Story, No Wings To Speak Of), Kyle Kumer (Game Time) and Josh Barber (The American Life) in the summer of 2009. Despite the 587 miles that separated them from each other, the 3 started to exchange song ideas via email and the idea began to form. Coming together in January of 2012 in Kansas City the 3 started to fine tune and record these concepts that had flown back and forth over the internet so many times in the months prior.
