The group released released Apple's Acre with indie label Dead Oceans on August 4, 2009, as well as the 2011 follow-up Dracula, touring with The Tallest Man On Earth and Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks. The song "You Lookin' Twice" from Dracula was sampled for a cypher by A$AP Mob for Pitchfork's Selector series. Nurses is currently working on their third album.
