Michigan, USA musician Dan Harvell continued to record as solo outfit Null Factor following the breakup of industrial band Millennia in 1999. Null Factor features a keyboard-based electro-industrial sound similar to later Millennia recordings, as well as The November Commandment, Frontline Assembly and wumpscut. Harvell's songs have been featured on a series of compilations and several full-length albums.
