The band Nudibranch was formed in Richmond, Virginia in the year 1993. The band’s unique style of noise rock and bizarre stage wardrobe quickly earned them a place in the lively RVA music scene of the early 90’s. The band spent the next 3 years recording, touring, and replacing bass players. By the end of 1996 Nudibranch had fallen apart. After a hiatus, during which the members pursued other projects, they reformed briefly in 1998. Shortly thereafter, Flossy, David and Perry would form the electronic rock band Hot New Dance Hits.
