In 1989 the first rehearsals of the band which later would call No Rest start. In the beginning they were experimental rehearsals of bass, voice and drums. Less than a year after a guitar was added to the sound which had a strong influence of metal. There was also a period, which lasted 4 years, that we played with 2 guitars. After one of the guitarists left we didn't replace him and we came to sound more straight again.
