Tourette Syndrome (Also known as Tourette's) is a disorder that causes unwanted tics, such as physical tics like twitching or blinking, or verbal tics like short shouts or as often characterized in the media, uncontrollable cursing. The track is a, short, fast-paced, screech, with Cobain being nearly unintelligible throughout the entire song. The only lyrics shown in the album’s booklet are “Fuck shit piss”, none of which are actually used in the song and fits with the title.
