Mohona is Bengali for where the great rivers meet the ocean. Likewise the band are a confluence of diverse musical tributaries, rivulets and currents. The band consists of: Andrew Purdam — Decades of experience accompanying diverse dance and performance artists, from Indian and middle Eastern percussion to Greek accordion, Irish bouzouki and Bulgarian voice.
