Mindless Drug Hoover is Matt Hayden, a busker from Brighton, UK. He released the comedy album Top Banana in 1998 on his now defunct Deviant Records label, now available on Indiestore.
Mindless Drug Hoover was originally the name of a demo by Hayden; the "The Reefer Song" originally went "do you want some Matthew?" rather than "do you want some Mindless?" The Orb remixed a version - "The Reefer Song (Grass Garden of Child's mix) - and the song also appeared on the Triple J Hottest 100 Volume 3 in Australia.
