I Microspasmi sono un duo hip hop italiano costituito da: Medda (Salvatore Camedda) Goediman (o semplicemente Goedi, Diego Montinaro). Si possono considerare già un duo di veterani sulla scena hip hop italiana. I due si conoscono nel 1997 durante la realizzazione della compilation Area Di Contagio: Goedi fa parte del gruppo Clan, Medda degli Enmicasa e poco tempo dopo collaborerà alla compilation 50 MC's.
