The Miami Boyz were a Miami Bass Rap group who debuted in 1988, produced by Joey Boy Records in-house producer Calvin Mill II (former member of Pretty Tony's group Freestyle). Under this guise, the members Amazing B and Icy C released two albums: Getting Off in 1988, and Rollin' N Steppin' in 1990 (partly produced by Miami Bass legend, Eric Griffin). The Miami Boyz returned in 1992, albeit, as a completely different unit, since Joey Boy Records was restructuring.
