Mentago was formed by members of the two Bands Utopia and Montag from the Ruhr-area in west Germany. They first met each other on one of the Fata Morgana Rock Club Sessions in Herne. Mentago consists of four members: Tobi: Vox, Percussions Martin: Guitars, Bass, Vox Marco: Guitars Evgeny: Bass, Guitars, Vox Dino: Drums Mentago sounds like a synthesis of various elements from alternative, stoner and psychedelic rock.
