Melodic Scribes are an independent hip hop group started in Champaign, Illinois in 2001. Founding members include emcees Pinan and Ryebread, as well as beatmaker DJ Mar Mar. The group has since relocated to Chicago and the San Francsico Bay Area, and now includes additional emcee Antimatter Bonecrusher. In summer of 2008, the Scribes released their sophomore album, "Passage." Their debut album "Se Formo" was released by UP Entertainment in 2004. View wiki
