In the end of the 80's Robi Uppin (M.i.M) moved to Sweden/Stockhom where artist like Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk and early bleep blop breakbeat inspired him later thru MTV. During the early nineteen’s he experimented heavily with Detroit sound and Minimalism and on the parallel side with the emerging drum 'n bass styles.
