MackaFat is a Roots Dub band from Tours, France. Dennis Bovell, UK Dub pioneer and leader of the Dennis Bovell Dub Band for Linton Kwesi Johnson, is the man who discovered this outstanding young Roots Reggae band MackaFat. It was during a gig in Tours (France) that Dennis Bovell heard for the first time MackaFat.
