The group formed organically, crossing paths regularly over the last 10 years on tour in Europe. Mike Ladd contributed vocals for various projects from Zucchini Drive and in return Zucchini Drive had a hand in producing Ladd’s latest solo record “Kids and Animals”. The band’s name was chosen because the project came together with the slightly ambitious challenge to make god shed a tear (whether it’s tears of joy or despair is unclear).
