“Intro” is Logic’s official return to rapping under his stage name following his 2020 album "No Pressure". "No Pressure" was originally to be Logic’s last album before retirement. On the track, Logic raps about his growth from dropping out of high school to reaching the peak of the music industry. He details that some of these raps were written 12 years prior, but were polished and combined with his current story. Logic announced his return just over a day before this track’s release with an image taking inspiration from the image Michael Jordan released when he was un-retiring.
