The Paradigm Shift is the eleventh studio album by American nu metal band Korn. The album was produced by Don Gilmore and will be released in the United States on October 8, 2013. It will mark the first Korn album to feature original guitarist Brian "Head" Welch since 2003's Take a Look in the Mirror. It will also be their first on Caroline Records.
