“In searching to find a vocal texture for this song, we went round in circles trying to find the right words. After several attempts to find words to suit the mood, LL scribbled various words on a sheet of paper that included ‘champagne’ and ‘first class’ and handed them to Mark and DJ. After a fit of laughter, Mark found a way in. Laughter ensued among all of is when we realized the first words of the album would be ‘champagne’. This would’ve never happened two albums ago. The song is a first class ride back to H-Town, where it all began, and what made this whole journey possible." View wiki
