Bassist Kisaki has created many bands and labels, making him a rather notable and recognized musician of the indies visual kei genre. After Syndrome disbanded, Kisaki, who was in bad health, decided to stop the activities of his label Matina. The last live of the label was played on December 31st 2002 at On Air Osaka.
