Joseph Williams Jr. (born June 22, 1965), known professionally as Just-Ice, is an American rapper from New York City. He emerged in the mid-1980s and is known for his contributions to the early development of hardcore and gangsta rap. In 1986, Williams was charged with the murder of Ludlaw DeSouza, a drug dealer, but was later proven innocent.
