His underscore for popular TV show, Baywatch, co-written with Jim Jamison, Cory Lewis and Joe Henry, received anASCAP award in 1995. Two years later, ASCAP presented him with an award for having "the highest number of performance credits on television in the category of dramatic underscore." He had previously received an award for his orchestration of the 1987 film, Dirty Dancing.
