“Epilogue (Part 2) (NASA)” is the twelfth and final track on Jeff Wayne’s Musical Version of The War of the Worlds (1978). While much of the album draws directly from H.G. Wells’ 1898 novel, this brief closing track introduces a modern science fiction twist, suggesting the possibility of a Martian return—or worse, a human misstep that brings Earth closer to Mars.
