JamDay began as a solo act & producer – James (JamDay) met Oli (X-85) in 2008 through an SA Psytrance forum. Initially they would just bounce songs off each other, drink beer & call it "producing" - complete love in simply making music. They considered creating a new group name but decided instead to stick with JamDay as it was already well-known throughout the country – JamDay evolved into a duo.
