The Jacets are an indie-rock band based out of the metro-Detroit area. Before the formation of the band Jesse Atkinson(lead singer/Guitar) and Justin Thiede (lead guitar) being childhood friends, developed a piano/acoustic guitar duo that spanned out into the Jacets. Justin had met a drummer that was interested in starting a band, so in need of a bassist, he asked his friend Josh Trent to join in.
