Into Valhalla is a alternative rock band from Montville, NJ. They incorporate classic rock, soul, and metal to get a unique sound. They formed in the spring of 2009 with vocalist Zach Matari, lead guitarist Greg Amato, rhythm guitarist Breeze Barreto, bassist Dave Amato, and drummer Steve Foss. Soon after the band formed Adam Cotter took Foss' place as drummer. They entered The Break Contest at Asbury Park's The Stone Pony finishing in second place. The prize was a spot at Bamboozle 2010, where they played on May 2nd.
