Formed in Playa Del Rey after the fall of the Mongrels in 1983. John Napier Vocals/Guitar (Civil Dismay, Ethyl Meatplow), Paul Kelly Drums, Danny Stewart Bass (The Creeps. Zipperheads, Six Cents). They spend many months crafting & twisting their musical influences into what would become the backbone of Incest Cattle sound.
